Se spune ca Sylvester si Tweety implinesc anul acesta 61 de ani.In primele episoade motanul se numea Thomas ,apoi a fost numit Sylvester deoarece pisica ,stiintific,este numita Felis Sylvestris.
Cele doua simpatice personaje s-au intalnit pentru primada data pe ecran in 1947.
In 2007,in Italia s-a putut viziona un spectacol intitulat Bugs Bunny On Ice, un muzical care a adus pentru prima oara pe patinoar,legendarele personaje ale seriei Lonney Tunes.
